Job Summary:

The candidate is an experienced international sales professional who will help drive the sales, brand and marketing of our branded products within Asia and Latin America: Asia, East Asia and South America. The candidate will sell into our 4 defined channels through established country distributor-partners and GOV agencies with an emphasis on expanding the geo-footprint to increase market performance within the assigned international markets.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Develop marketing and sales strategies that align with marketing channels within the hunting/shooting, maritime, government/military and photo/consumer Electronic channels

Interface daily with customers, respond to customer inquiries, improve product engagement, product placement and provide outstanding customer support

Develop sales opportunities, solicit new accounts, build rapport and expertly represent company products and technology to customers, end-users and trade shows

Recruit, develop and manage country distributors, representatives and resellers on a regional and national basis Consult with potential customers to understand their markets to develop a country strategy

Negotiate and communicate contract terms and conditions that meet both client and Company requirements Collaborate with executive leadership to develop sales quotas and strategies

Achieve sales contribution margin targets

Provide regular customer activity reports

Develop and set forecast, sales goals and targets for the territory

Qualification and Required Skills/Abilities:

10 or more years of sales management with 5 or more in International sales.

Experience selling to distributors, LE/Gov agencies and other related resellers

In depth knowledge and understanding of the procurement process for government agency purchase cycle, from RFQ, quote execution to purchase order submission

In depth knowledge and know-how of conducting live demonstrations and trainings Passionate team player In depth knowledge of firearms, hunting, tactical and maritime applications

Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent sales and customer service skills with proven negotiation skills
