As an ideal candidate, you will be the liaison between our Brands and our customers.  The objective of the role is to address customers’ needs and concerns as quickly and effectively as possible.  Our customers can be major retails chains, other CPG companies and directly to consumers through our on-line platform.  As the main point of contacts for many clients, the account manager is involved in developing new business and upselling existing products and services.  The job requires you to work closely with your clients and have a deep understanding of both your own company business practices and those of each client.

Job Responsibility including but not limited to:

  • Act as the main point of contact in all matters relating to client concerns and needs
  • Build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships
  • Develop a thorough understanding of our products and service offerings to better upsell and cross-sell to clients
  • Maintaining updated knowledge of company products and services
  • Meet regularly with other members of the team to discuss progress and find new ways to improve business
  • Monitoring the client’s budget, explaining costs, and negotiating new terms if necessary
  • Providing progress reports to clients and upper management
  • Provide quarterly product and revenue forecasts by key account

  • Strong analytical, critical thinking skills and a business savvy mentality
  • Detail oriented, with strong organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (specifically Excel) and SAP by Design
  • Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and decision-making abilities
  • Experience in Nutraceutical or Pharmaceutical is an asset
