This company is known for their comfy footwear which predominantly focuses on beach wear and flip flops. They are looking for a few regional sales executives to join their team.This company has experienced strong growth year over year, and they are now looking to expand their internal sales team. They are focused on three territories right now: California, Florida, and the SE. Their headquarters are in Dallas, and in an ideal world, this person would be based there. That said they are open to remote reporting if the location makes sense in relation to the accounts.

The lifestyle footwear space is very competitive and someone who can use data as a tool will be able to stick out above the rest. Aside from the ability to create actionable insights from data, they are also seeking someone with strong communication and relationship building skills. Someone who enjoys being out on the road meeting with the plethora of regional retailers would thrive in this fast-paced environment. 

This position would oversee and manage a designated sales territory and would have responsibility for growing a meaningful book of business for a fast-growing, Texas-based footwear company. Specifically, this person would work closely with the brand’s sales director to:

  • Manage, service & grow relationships with new and current retail accounts across designated geographical territory
  • Responsible for regular visits and check-ins with brand’s regional accounts, educating retailers and
    employees on brand & products, including in-store clinics, sales-specific promotions, and merchandize
    meetings
  • Plan & oversee logistics, travel & sales/account coordination for brand’s regional & national trade show
    schedules
  • Forecast, plan and analyze sales goals against performance on a regular basis, providing frequent
    performance updates to sales & brand management teams
