We are working with one of our CPG clients in the organic confectionary space!  This company is the largest distributor of sugar and gluten free candy in the US, and they have distribution that spans across all channels of retail. With that growth, they are now seeking a sales leader to join their team to expand their footprint within their current retail accounts as well as to take the line into new spaces!

What they are looking for are individuals who understand the natural consumer and who enjoy being creative in how they merchandise and sell. This is a fun product line that could be found anywhere from Costco to a dentist office to a clip strip in a convenience store; and so the uniqueness of the line, coupled with their current distribution, allows for the right person to make an immediate splash. What they need is someone who has experience selling natural or organic impulse items to national customers. Someone who enjoys being creative in hunting new business as well as in growing current business will thrive there!

The most exciting thing about this position is the company it is with. This group is led by a young woman who founded this line when she was a young teenager. This is not a stuffy company that is commonly found in the candy area – instead they are innovative and fun, and a bit of a category disruptor. They also have big plans and can offer a strong professional and financial future to the right person.
